Product Review: Hourglass Confession Ultra Slim High Intensity Refillable Lipstick

The claim, "...delivers creamy, saturated, long-wearing color with a satin finish without smudging or feathering. Each lipstick is encapsulated in a sleek gold applicator to provide the ultimate control to precisely accentuate, contour, and define the lips. "

The packaging is beautiful, very luxe. Chic-y as fuck. I'm also a fan that the product does not contain: Parabens, Sulfates, and Phthalates. Now down to the gritty... did it preform? The color I received, I'll Never Stop, had great color pay off and was build able without looking patchy or uneven. The formula was comfortable and hydrating. Was it long wearing? Not particularly. It faded. 

Overall, its a nice luxury lipstick. But .03oz is not a lot of product to pay $22-$34. I'm a lipstick lover and I can get pretty particular. I know plenty of other brands that can offer friendly ingredients, actual long wear, and great color pay off for price in my budget. I love Hourglass as a brand, it may just be too rich for my pockets. 

Also, for the color, I'll Never Stop, described on Sephora's site as a Nude Beige, is way too light for my skin tone. Also looked to have a pink undertone.
